All digital wall art on tomienabz.com is delivered instantly. There is no physical shipping for these items.
After purchase, you'll receive an email with your download link, along with access on your order confirmation page.
Files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs at true 300 DPI, ready to print at your desired size.
You can print your artwork at home on photo paper, or upload it to a print service of your choice (Walmart, Costco, Shutterfly, or a local print shop).
Download links are available for a limited time after purchase — if your link expires, contact us and we'll resend it.
Printed Reproductions
Each print is produced and shipped with care from Ontario, Canada.
Production time: 2-3 business days.
Shipping: 8-10 business days.
Packaging: Prints are rolled and shipped in a protective mailing tube, or packaged flat with a rigid backing board depending on size.
Carrier: Shipped via Canada Post with tracking included on all orders.
Cost: Free shipping, Canada and U.S. Any customs fees or import duties on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Outside Canada/U.S.: Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.
Original Paintings
Each original is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully packaged and shipped with care from Ontario, Canada.

Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital wall art are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads. Please review each listing carefully — including size, format, and preview images — before purchasing.
If your download link doesn't work, expires, or the file is damaged or incomplete, contact us at [your email] and we'll resolve it promptly.
Printed Reproductions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the print arrives damaged or significantly different from its listing description. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Buyer's remorse returns (change of mind) are accepted within 14 days of delivery, at the buyer's expense for return shipping.
The print must be returned in its original, unused condition.
Refunds are issued once the returned print is received and inspected.
Original Paintings
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the piece arrives damaged or significantly different from its listing description. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Buyer's remorse returns (change of mind) are accepted within 14 days of delivery, at the buyer's expense for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies to buyer's remorse returns to cover handling and relisting.
The piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging — unaltered, unframed (unless originally sold framed), and free of any damage from handling, hanging, or display (including nail holes, smudges, or scuffs). Please photograph the piece and its repackaging before shipping it back.
Refunds are issued once the returned piece is received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the above condition.
We do not accept returns after 14 days, damage claims made after 48 hours of delivery, or pieces showing signs of damage from improper handling after delivery.
